Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At A'Johri, each garment is crafted in limited quantities and often made to order, with hand processes and artisanal detailing. Every order begins with a personalised measurement consultation so your piece can be prepared specifically for you.

Policy Overview

  • We do not offer refunds
  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer exchanges
  • All purchases are considered final sale

What We Do Offer

  • Minor size alterations, subject to feasibility and the specific design of the garment
  • Repair support for genuine craftsmanship concerns

Exceptions

We will only review requests if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include a complete unboxing video and clear images of the issue.

If validated, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

No Return / No Exchange Conditions

  • Size-related concerns, as detailed size charts and guidance are provided to assist your selection
  • Colour variations caused by lighting or screen differences
  • Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted products
  • Change-of-mind requests after an order has been placed

Alteration Policy

  • Alterations are complimentary only once
  • Shipping costs for sending the product back are borne by the customer
  • Alterations are limited to minor adjustments only
  • Structural design changes are not permitted

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production may begin immediately.
