Instagram Order & Policy Guide

At A'Johri, each piece is crafted with intention, precision, and deep respect for process. To maintain the integrity of our work, we follow the structured order system below.

Order Process

Every order begins with a personalised measurement consultation. Our team guides you through the process remotely or in studio to ensure your garment is tailored accurately.

Once measurements are received and confirmed, your piece is placed into production. As many garments are made to order or produced in limited quantities, timelines may vary depending on design complexity.

Payment

  • We operate on a prepaid-only model
  • Cash on Delivery is not available
  • Full payment is required to confirm and initiate an order
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

Production & Shipping

  • Ready pieces are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days
  • Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 10 to 21 working days
  • Domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
  • International delivery takes 7 to 14 working days after dispatch
  • Delays caused by logistics partners are beyond our control

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All A'Johri purchases are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage clients to review size charts carefully and connect with us prior to placing an order if they need assistance.

What We Do Offer

  • Minor size alterations, subject to feasibility
  • Repair support for genuine craftsmanship concerns
  • Shipping for alterations is managed by the client

Exceptions

Requests are reviewed only for damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items delivered.

To raise a concern, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, share a complete unboxing video, and provide clear supporting images. Approved cases may be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Size-related concerns
  • Colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted pieces
  • Change of preference

Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations are part of its uniqueness.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production may begin immediately.

Client Responsibility

  • Accurate measurements must be provided
  • Shipping details must be correct at the time of order
  • Orders with incorrect addresses or details remain the responsibility of the client
